KRYSIA CARMEL NELSON
An active rider and horseowner, Ms. Nelson is a member of the Farmington Hunt, USEF, USHJA, National Steeplechase Association, American Horse Council and Virginia Horse Council. She grew up riding on Long Island, NY, and competed actively in the hunter and equitation divisions under the tutelage of the Caristo family at their Glenview Stable. During law school, she rode for Olympic veteran (and now Kentucky Derby winning trainer) Michael Matz.
In addition to foxhunting and showing, in recent years she has competed in hunter trials, endurance trail rides, and raced over fences. H. ALEXANDER JOHNSON EQUINE LAW PRACTICE INCLUDES:
Alex Johnson has been riding and showing horses on the "A" circuit his entire life, and he is currently a member of the USEF, the USHJA, and the VHSA. He rode on the University of Virginia riding team while in college and was the high point individual open rider in the Virginia region. More recently, he has won the VHSA year end adult amateur champion and reserve titles on numerous occasions, the Washington International Horse Show Adult Amateur Finals, and the World Champion Hunter Rider Adult Amateur title for the mid-Atlantic region.

TAMARA LEIGH TUCKER
Tamara Tucker's experience encompasses over thirty years of riding and showing ponies and horses. During college, she competed on a winning varsity intercollegiate team, qualifying yearly for regional and national finals, with a 5th place individual finish at the 1989 IHSA National Horse Show. During law school, Ms. Tucker rode with National Hunter Hall of Fame trainer Roger Young in Camden, SC, and for the last eight years she has successfully shown in amateur hunter divisions with renowned rider and trainer Tommy Serio. She has garnered tricolors at "A" and "AA" shows throughout the east coast.
In addition to showing, Ms. Tucker served as the Facility Director for a 500-acre, 100-horse farm in Virginia. She is a Past President of the Battlefield Horse Shows Association, regular judge of VHSA Associate shows, and member of USEF, USHJA and VHSA.
